Today at the age of 47, Randy Pausch, died from pancreatic cancer. He wrote the "Last Lecture" after his diagnosis in 2006. (That is his quote at the top right of my page) I read the "Last Lecture" and really enjoyed it and was amazed at his outlook on his life. He wrote it for his kids ages 2-9 and even sang to his wife during the lecture at Carnegie Mellon University. I am so sad today for his wife and their 3 children. He was an intelligent and optimistic gentleman. You can view his lecture on the internet or you can buy the book. It is worth the read. He really makes you think about how you spend your life.

I was also so sad to hear of his passing. I also have read his book and own his Last Lecture on DVD. He is a person that all should strive to become. I lost my dad from ALS and he and Randy Pausch had very similar outlooks on life. May God be with his family!
