Kit Kat Cake

I made this for Bunco and it was a big hit. I would love to do this for 4th of July with red,white and blue M & M's. This is just 2 round cakes iced and then you add kit kats all the way around and M & M's on top. Add a ribbon and you are done.

Also those who have lost someone and celebrate this year without their loved one. I always feel for those I know that have lost someone dear to them. Christmas is a great time of year but for some it is extremely hard. Pray for them to have peace.

We had a great 2010 and are very blessed in this household. We hope 2011 is even better!!!

New Pics

I never update this blog anymore....lol. With Facebook I just don't see the need. Oh well. Here are a couple of new pics of the kiddos. I have pics made each fall when they turn a year older. Christian is now 15 and Saylor is 10. It makes me sad that they are growing up. My Christian is such a good kid. He led the prayer on thanksgiving. I am so proud of the man he is becoming. Saylor is a full on sweetheart!!! She is adored by so many people because of her kind heart and sweet disposition. She recently had a boy ask her if Dolly Parton was her mom because she talked so "country". She hates it. lol

Boyd Basketball

Boyd's 7th/8th grade basketball team finished 3rd in the tournament last night. They got their second place season trophy and their 3rd place tournament trophy. Christian and Nick also made all tournament!!! So proud of the Broncos and the attitude and great sportsmanship they show when they play. Great kids and great school.

My kitchen is almost done. The cabinets are finished are there are just some last minute things going on now. I was going to post pictures but there is still too much stuff in my kitchen from all the work. But stay tuned.
